内容摘要： 第二次世界大战时由战胜国签订的雅尔塔协议意义重大，导致了世界各国在地缘政治的博弈中重新布局，这与中国及其西藏地区在20世纪50年代初所发生的变化，有着密切关系，也对冷战结束之后的“西藏问题”产生了相当的影响。在对西藏百年历史的研究之中，不能忽略其内在的联系。

Abstract: The significance of Yalta Agreement signed by victorious countries during World War II led to a worldwide re-layout in the game of geopolitical politics. It not only had a close relation with the changes in China and its Tibetan region in the 1950s, but also had a considerable effect on the Tibet issue after the Cold War. Hence, this internal relation should not be ignored in the study of Tibetan modern history.
