【Title】 The Cross-border Dulong:An Explanation of its Self and Other Names in China and Burma

【Abstract】 Based on the Dulong’s distribution, legends, language and origin relations with others ethnic groups, the paper makes a linguistic study on the self and other names of the Dulong, and raises doubts about the name of "Zangi Tribe" in Manshu by Fan Chuo in Tang Dynasty and the name of "Dwarf Nation" in modern documents.
